Blade Fencers take on this year’s World Fencing Championships 🌍🤺

The World Fencing Championships in Hong Kong will begin tomorrow, and our fencers will be taking to the piste on the biggest stage in the sport.

Congratulations to Matthew Tan on a fantastic Silver medal finish, and to Wang Yuzhou on securing Bronze at Cadet Trials I over the weekend!

Both fencers showed great composure under pressure, edging out tough opponents on their way to the podium.

Singapore Cadets Trials I 2026 Women’s Epee 🥇🥉

Congratulations to Jade Lim on an amazing Gold medal finish, and to Wong Yu Qinn and Summer Koh on securing Bronze at Cadets Trials I over the weekend!

Jade put together a near-flawless run all the way to the top of the podium, while Yu Qinn and Summer both fought hard to bring home a podium finish each. An incredible result for the club, with 3 out of 4 podium spots going to Blade fencers 🔥

Our other fencers put up an excellent fight and great improvement as well, with a total of 6 making it through to the top 16:
