Diabetes is a chronic illness characterized by a high glucose level in the blood. If not managed well, it can lead to complications such kidney failure, heart diseases, blindness and limb amputation.
We will be having a class tomorrow 12 May (Sun) 10am by Teacher Liting, with yoga poses focusing on stimulating the pancreas and abdominal compression, which may help to lower blood sugar levels. This class is suitable for all levels (including beginners).

Your shoulders are very important parts of your body, and they help you with everyday tasks such as lifting your bags, and reaching for objects.
If you find your shoulders constantly aching or in pain, it may means that your shoulders lack flexibility. Flexible shoulders increase your overall body strength and decrease the amount of load that your joints, ligaments and bones have to bear.
Our popular Yoga for Healthy Back, Neck and Shoulders class focuses on stretching these 3 important parts of the body, which helps to increase mobility and flexibility. This class is available at various time slots throughout the week at our studio.

It’s a wrap! Teacher .joelle went through some shoulders and chest opening poses during the 2-hour Inversion workshop, and the participants had an interactive session with questions answered by the teacher. Participants learnt some tips on how to invert with blocks and lots of correct muscle engagement 🤸🏻♀️

Meet Wendy, a truly remarkable lady in her 60s.
Immediately after her retirement , she participated in our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training course. It was an exciting yet gruelling period but she persevered on despite the challenges. She is now a certified teacher.
Wendy’s mantra is that age is just a number and one is never too old to learn. She is constantly learning and upgrading herself by taking up courses and workshops conducted by different teachers.
Besides teaching at she volunteers her services at a citizen centre, where she teaches yoga to more than 20 seniors every week. It was her way of giving back to society and she finds it fulfilling to share her yoga knowledge and experiences with the seniors.
