🎙️ A Wonderful Evening at CAPITAL 958!

Earlier this evening at 7:15 p.m., I had the pleasure of being interviewed on CAPITAL 958 城市频道, sharing a topic that has been very close to my heart — Defensive Survival Intelligence (DSI).

A very special thank you to DJ 林灵芝 Lingzhi and the CAPITAL 958 team for the warm welcome, wonderful conversation and such an enjoyable time together! 🙏❤️

During the interview, I shared why I created Defensive Survival Intelligence (DSI) and why I believe personal safety today is not simply about knowing how to fight.

DSI is about developing the right mindset and awareness:

Awareness · Alertness · Assess · Avoidance · Action

Our philosophy is simple:

🛡️ Avoid · Escape · Survive
🏠 Get Home Safe.

Thank you CAPITAL 958 城市频道 for giving me the opportunity to share this message with your listeners.

And thank you to everyone who tuned in and supported me tonight! ❤️

LADIES, YOUR SAFETY STARTS BEFORE THE FIGHT.

Introducing U-ELITE Ladies DSI — Defensive Survival Intelligence, a practical personal-safety and self-protection programme designed specifically for women.

DSI is not about teaching you to fight. It is about helping you become more aware, make better decisions under pressure, avoid unnecessary danger, escape when possible, and take decisive action when there is no other choice.

Our mission is simple:

GET HOME SAFE.

At the heart of DSI is our Foundation 5A System:

AWARE — Be conscious of your surroundings and potential risks.
ALERT — Recognise warning signs before a situation escalates.
ASSESS — Quickly evaluate the threat and your safest options.
AVOID — Create distance, de-escalate and escape whenever possible.
ACTION — When avoidance is no longer possible, act decisively to protect yourself and get to safety.

Through realistic, controlled training, Ladies DSI develops practical skills such as situational awareness, confident body language, verbal boundary-setting, defensive positioning, escape strategies and simple survival responses.

We also recognise that personal safety today goes beyond physical encounters. Digital awareness and personal-security habits are increasingly important parts of protecting yourself in everyday life.

Whether you are a student, working professional, frequent traveller, mother, caregiver or simply someone who wants to become more safety-conscious, DSI is designed to give you something more valuable than fighting techniques:

Awareness. Confidence. Decision-making. Survival intelligence.

You don’t need to be strong.
You don’t need martial arts experience.
You don’t need to become a fighter.

You need to know how to recognise danger, make the right decision and GET HOME SAFE.

DSI FOR WOMEN — A FREE SAFETY HANDBOOK FOR EVERY WOMAN

I created the DSI for Women Handbook with one simple purpose: to make practical personal-safety knowledge accessible to women everywhere.

DSI stands for Defensive Survival Intelligence.

It is not about teaching women to fight.

DSI is about developing the awareness, judgment, confidence, and survival mindset to recognize danger early, make better decisions under pressure, avoid unnecessary confrontation, escape when possible, and take action when there is no other safe option.

The foundation of DSI is our 5A System:

Awareness — Alertness — Assess — Avoidance — Action

And our guiding principle is simple:

Avoid. Escape. Survive.
Get Home Safe.

The DSI for Women Handbook covers important areas including personal awareness, situational safety, boundaries, verbal communication, recognizing warning signs, digital safety, escape decision-making, and practical strategies for dealing with potentially dangerous situations.

My hope is that this handbook can help a daughter, a mother, a sister, a wife, a friend, a colleague — or any woman who wants to become more confident and better prepared.

That is why I want to make it available for FREE DOWNLOAD.

Safety education should not only belong to people who can afford special training.

Please download it, read it, practise the concepts, and most importantly, share it with the women you care about.

If this handbook helps even one woman recognize danger earlier, avoid a dangerous situation, or get home safely, then creating it was worthwhile.

DSI — Defensive Survival Intelligence
Avoid. Escape. Survive.
Get Home Safe.

Please download and share freely.

Today, I am proud to share the very first DSI Kids & Parents Handbook with all of you.

This handbook is my gift to every family.

It was created with one simple mission: to help children stay safe and to empower parents with practical knowledge that they can learn together.

DSI (Defensive Survival Intelligence) is not about teaching children to fight. It is about teaching them to recognize danger, stay calm, make good decisions, communicate with confidence, and most importantly—get home safely.

Inside this handbook, you’ll discover simple and practical safety concepts that every child and parent should know. Whether you are a parent, grandparent, teacher, caregiver, or someone who simply cares about the safety of children, I hope this handbook will be a valuable resource for you.

Please download your free copy, read it with your family, and share it with everyone who may benefit from it. Every share could help another child become safer, another parent become more prepared, and another family gain knowledge that could one day make a real difference.

Together, let’s build a safer future for our children—one family, one school, and one community at a time.

Thank you for your support, and thank you for helping us spread this message by sharing this handbook with others.

What Are the 5A’s of Self-Defense?

Self-defense doesn’t begin with a punch or a kick. It begins with your mind.

At U-Elite Martial Fitness, our Defensive Survival Intelligence (DSI) system teaches people to survive danger by making better decisions before violence ever happens.

The 5A’s of Self-Defense:

1. Awareness – Be aware of your surroundings. Notice exits, blind spots, unusual behavior, and potential risks.

2. Alertness – Stay mentally present. Trust your instincts. If something doesn’t feel right, pay attention.

3. Assess – Assess the situation, the environment, and the people around you. Think before you react.

4. Avoid – Avoid complacency. Avoid unnecessary confrontation. Avoid letting ego make decisions for you. The safest fight is the one you never have to fight.

5. Action – When action is necessary, act decisively. Use the appropriate response to protect yourself and the people around you.

Real self-defense is about prevention, awareness, and survival—not proving who’s stronger.

Train your body. Train your mind. Train your judgment.

🛡️ Defensive Survival Intelligence (DSI)

Violence should never be our first choice.

The best self-defense is not about fighting harder—it’s about thinking earlier, seeing danger sooner, making better decisions, and returning home safely.

That is why I created Defensive Survival Intelligence (DSI).

DSI is more than a self-defense system. It is a life skill that develops:

• Awareness before danger appears.
• Alertness when something doesn’t feel right.
• Avoidance whenever possible.
• Action only when there is no other choice.

Our mission is simple:

To help healthcare professionals, teachers, service staff, working adults, seniors, women, and young people become safer, stronger, and more confident.

We don’t train people to become fighters.

We train people to become survivors who think clearly under pressure.

Every skill we learn is for one purpose:

To protect ourselves, protect the people we love, and make sure everyone goes home safely.

This is not just another martial arts program.

This is a movement to build a safer community—one person, one family, one workplace at a time.

Think Smart. Stay Calm. Survive.

We all procrastinate sometimes.

We all have days when we feel tired.
We all have moments when we want to put things off until tomorrow.

That’s part of being human.

But don’t let one lazy moment become a habit.

You don’t have to finish everything today.
You just have to start.

Even 10 minutes of focused effort is better than doing nothing.
One small step is still progress.
One workout is better than none.
One page is better than zero.
One phone call is better than endless planning.

Success isn’t built by waiting for motivation.
It’s built by taking action, especially on the days you don’t feel like it.

Keep moving.
Keep showing up.
Small actions, repeated consistently, create extraordinary results.

Introducing Defensive Survival Instinct (DSI) 2.0

Self-defense isn’t about learning how to fight. It’s about learning how to survive.

For more than 30 years, I’ve been asking myself one question:

What does real self-defense actually mean?

Many people think self-defense is about punches, kicks, and techniques.

But after decades of teaching and real-world experience, I’ve learned that the greatest weapon isn’t your strength—it’s your awareness, mindset, decision-making, and natural survival instinct.

That’s why I’ve completely redesigned my system and created:

Defensive Survival Instinct (DSI) 2.0

This isn’t just an updated self-defense course.

It’s a complete personal protection and survival system designed for modern life.

In DSI 2.0, you’ll learn how to:

• Develop advanced situational awareness before danger happens.
• Stay calm and think clearly under pressure.
• Activate your body’s natural Defensive Survival Instinct instead of relying on strength alone.
• Avoid conflict whenever possible.
• Protect yourself and the people you care about.
• Build confidence that extends beyond self-defense into everyday life.

I’ve always believed:

The best self-defense isn’t winning a fight. It’s getting home safely.

DSI 2.0 isn’t only for martial artists.

It isn’t only for athletes.

It’s for everyone.

Whether you’re a parent, a student, a working professional, a woman seeking greater confidence, or simply someone who wants to be better prepared for life’s unexpected situations, DSI 2.0 will help you build real confidence from the inside out.

After decades of coaching, continuous research, and countless hours of practical experience, I’m excited to introduce the next evolution of self-protection.

Defensive Survival Instinct 2.0

Protect Smarter. React Faster. Live Stronger.
