No matter how tough the workout gets, everything feels lighter when we do it together, with a little laughter and plenty of “community support.” 😂

Grateful for everyone who showed up, gave their best and celebrated with us.

Happy 61st Birthday, Singapore! 🇸🇬

We didn’t come to KL just to race. We came to do it together. 🔥

From Intermediate to Advanced, every Fire City athlete stepped onto the floor ready to test themselves. Some were chasing a time, some were taking on a new category, and some were simply finding out what they were capable of.

But the best part was what happened outside the race floor, the cheering, encouragement, laughter and teammates waiting at the finish line.

We raced together, celebrated together and returned home with another experience to remember.

Good race. Better company. Best team.

Strong people lift others up.
This is Fire City. 🔥

Deadlift Day. 💪

Today wasn’t about lifting the heaviest weight.
It was about discovering that we’re stronger than we thought.

PBs of 205–215 lbs were achieved today. More importantly, confidence was built.

Age isn’t the limit. Believing you can’t is.

If you’ve been thinking about getting stronger, this is your sign. Come train with us. Bring a friend along! Everyone starts somewhere.

Murph was never about doing it alone. It’s about resilience, sacrifice, grit, and the people beside you when things get hard. At Fire City, we believe community is built through shared effort, shared suffering, and showing up for one another. Last weekend, inspired by Rick’s initiative to take on Murph, the community collectively stepped in, carrying the load together, one rep, one run, and one team at a time. 🔥
