On 24 June 2026, as part of our 75th Anniversary initiative, we joined hands with the International Lutheran Seafarers' Mission (ILSM) and Migrant Workers' Centre (MWC) to support fishermen at the Seafarers' Welfare Centre in Jurong Fishery Port.

Together, we packed essentials, sorted donated items and prepared refreshments for fishermen from three vessels. Along the way, stories were shared and connections were made through a common understanding of life at sea.

Thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered and supported this initiative. Because at sea and ashore, we're stronger when we look out for one another.

Yesterday, 25 June 2026, in celebration of the Day of the Seafarer, we brought our seafarers together for a special networking night.

It was a chance to reflect on the realities behind life at sea where seafarers navigate not just oceans, but uncertainty, pressure, and risk, all while keeping the world moving.

Moments like these remind us why their work matters, and why their stories deserve to be heard.

To all our seafarers, thank you for your strength and unwavering commitment.

Happy Day of the Seafarer!

Behind every shipment and connected port are seafarers keeping the world moving.

Today, 25 June 2026, we joined the maritime community at the Singapore Maritime Gallery to mark the Day of the Seafarer 2026, organised by Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore - MPA. MPA's Chief Executive Ang Wee Keong highlighted the importance of developing maritime talent, while our General Secretary Mary Liew, who also serves as Chairman of the Seafarersโ€™ Welfare Committee, paid tribute to our seafarersโ€™ resilience and reaffirmed continued support for their welfare.

To all seafarers, thank you for your dedication and sacrifices at sea!

Happy Day of the Seafarer!

Not every journey at sea starts with a lifelong dream.

For Rahmat, it began with curiosity and grew into something much bigger.

Today, as a Chief Officer, he is not just navigating vessels. He is shaping how safety is understood on board. Not as a checklist, but as a responsibility we carry for one another.

From delivering one of the worldโ€™s largest LNG vessels to facing the realities of life at sea, Rahmat has experienced both the beauty and the pressure that come with the job.

Through it all, one belief has stayed the same. Every seafarer deserves to return home safely and it starts with a culture where people look out for each other, speak up, and take ownership.

Every drop counts, every donation matters.

As part of our 75th Anniversary celebrations, we organised a Blood Donation Drive on 12 June 2026, bringing together members, partners and the wider community in a meaningful act of giving.

We were also honoured to have Ms Denise Phua Lay Peng , Mayor of Central Singapore District and MP of Jalan Besar GRC, join us as our special guest, showing her support for this important initiative.

Rooted in our core value of Caring and Sharing, each donation extended hope beyond our maritime family, reminding us that even a small act can make a life-saving difference.

We would like to thank everyone who stepped forward to donate, as well as our partners and volunteers who made this initiative possible.
