Guys please be informed that starting from next Friday training onwards, training will start at 3pm sharp.

Hey guys, our first training will be on this coming Tuesday, 8 April 2014 from 3pm - 5pm in the new gym at the first floor.

Things you need:
1) A4 size notebook for reflection (COMPULSORY for every training)
2) Water bottle
3) Small Towel (Optional)

Please be properly attired for the training.

The gym will be open tuesday at 2pm. Close at 4.45 sharp. FB me when someone is downstairs and I will come down and open it. Please treat the room with respect n care for those using it. Cleanliness, litter, returning of weights... etc... C u tmr!
