🔥 My Fitness Journey — From 2008 to Today 🔥

I started training clients back in 2008, long before James Power Fitness had a name or a logo — just pure passion and the desire to help people get stronger ❤️💪

That same year, I stepped into the Men’s Health challenge without expecting anything… I just wanted to test myself and see how far I could go🙏

What happened next changed everything:
From Top 10 finalist, to being featured in magazines, newspapers, TV, radio and even bus stops across Singapore — the whole journey pushed me far beyond my comfort zone 📸🎙️📰

And in 2009, I was awarded the Men’s Health Fittest Guy 🏆🔥
A moment I’ll always be grateful for 💕

Those experiences shaped everything I teach today:
Discipline. Consistency. Strength. Real results.
No shortcuts. No gimmicks. Just hard work and heart ❤️💯

James Power Fitness was built from real experience — and I’m still here doing what I truly love:

Making my Birthday a little more meaningful this year 💖

I am so blessed to be born and living in Singapore where it is so safe and prosperous that sometimes we may take it for granted 🇸🇬

China may be far and doesn't affect our lives but I feel I am blessed to be a blessing 😇

Yes it costs an extra 3% donating via WeChat Pay but it doesn't stop my heart from reaching out to those who lost their homes to the massive flood in China. Thank you 周文强老师 & 汇成百年 for heading this initiative 🖐
