✅ Rule 1: Minimum Requirements Your activity must hit a minimum distance of 200 metres and a minimum time of 1 minute.

✅ Rule 2: Single Activity Sessions We need dedicated workouts! Ensure each entry has a clear start and end time. No all-day walking summaries or combined sports.

✅ Rule 3: Workout Safely Pace yourself, hydrate, and stay safe. Please do not overexert yourself just to clock more distance.
