This is the story of a journey, not a result.

A journey built on sacrifice, determination, and the choices you make every single day. It teaches you what it means to wake up every morning with a dream, turn that dream into a goal, and choose, day after day, to keep chasing it.

Because in the end, what truly remains is not just the result. What remains is everything you did trying to reach it: the hard work, the sacrifices, the difficult moments, the days when nobody saw what you were doing, and the days when you chose to keep going anyway.

In sport, before you ask for something, you have to give.

Give your time, your effort, your discipline, your sacrifice. Give everything you have without knowing what you will receive in return. Because sport promises nothing and gives nothing away. Every centimetre has to be earned.

But not every journey starts from the same place.

It is easier to grow as an athlete in a country where your sport already has history, culture and tradition. Where strong athletes, competitive teams, structures and people around you show you every day what the standard is. In that environment, you grow with others. Someone ahead of you shows you the way, and someone beside you pushes you to go faster.

It is completely different when that road barely existed before you.

When you are alone, when there is no real culture of your sport around you, and when, in some way, you have to help create the sporting world in which you are supposed to grow.

Then you don't just have to become stronger. You have to learn by yourself what it truly means to be an athlete. You have to find your own references, build your own standards and discover how far you can go without having someone beside you every day showing you what is possible.

And that makes everything harder.

Then sometimes, along that journey, you meet someone who changes something.

Someone who doesn't give you a result and doesn't walk the road for you, but finally makes you understand the true essence of what you are doing.

Someone who sees something inside you and gives you exactly the motivation, inspiration and belief you need to
