3. FENCING TO COMPETE (Cadets & Junior intense program)
The Club is excited to offer this additional level of training for dedicated and highly motivated athletes. The program is athlete-centered and focuses on a developing a consistent competitor.

4. FENCING FITNESS
This program focuses on a gradual building of fencing skills and developing strength without any danger, pain or difficulty. Through fencing, you acquire the reflexes and timing of a boxer, muscle tone of a gymnast, and strategic agilities of a chess master. PRIVATE LESSONS
The major focus in private lessons is on perfecting the basics, developing complex fencing skills and finding your future "GOLDEN STROKES".
