Ridhuan: "When I first retired in 2018, it wasn't the way I had thought my career would end. I wanted to go out on my own terms, I wanted to leave the pitch feeling satisfied that I had completed a great season and had contributed something to Singapore football. Deep down, I know I still have what it takes to compete at this level. At Tanjong Pagar, I am training with younger players and I want to share my knowledge with them. I will be happy if I can help them in their journey. Further down the road, I also hope I can mentor the kids in the club's youth system. These children are the future of Singapore football. If they can be put on the right path, it will definitely help the country in its goal of reaching the 2034 World Cup finals."
