🏃‍♂️🏊‍♀️ TriFactor Run & RunSwim 2026

We just wrapped up another exciting Aquathlon with 2 podium finishes and lots of personal bests from the team! 💪🔥

A total of 3 girls and 5 boys represented the squad in this event.

The day started early with a 7:50 AM meet-up for a warm-up run before setting up transition. Since the kids division race was short but intense — 200m swim and 1km run — we made sure their muscles were ready to fire.

Coach Sham and Coach Jer led the run warm-up before the athletes headed over to me for a short swim warm-up prior to the start.

For the seniors division, the race consisted of a 2.5km run, 250m swim, followed by another 2.5km run — and Winston successfully completed the challenge strong! 👏

Zhi Heng joined the pure run category and finished well too.

Kai, our newest addition to the Tri-Kids team, came down wearing his Fishlike tee to support the squad and observe the seniors race. Although underaged to compete, he gained valuable experience seeing what a real Aquathlon looks like. 💙

Unfortunately, Winnie was feeling a bit giddy after being sick the past few days, so we decided it was best for her not to race.

Mia gave it her all with a strong performance, while Bilis and Kswary had a close battle throughout the race. Bilis placed 5th in the Boys 10–12 category, came out among the first few from the swim, maintained his lead during the run, and clocked an impressive 5:16/km pace! 🔥

Our juniors also shined brightly:
🥇 Reyan — 1st Place, Boys 8–9
🥈 Amelia — 2nd Place, Girls 8–9

Congratulations to the whole team! You are all champions, and we’re proud of every single one of you.

Now… back to the grind! 💪🏊‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Metasprints Triathlon 🏊🚴🏃‍♀️

We had 4 strong athletes representing us at the Metasprints Triathlon! 💪

Kids Category:
• Mia (10–11 girls) 🥈
• Amelia (8–9 girls) 🥈

Youth Category:
• Kswary
• Bilis (first-year athlete)

Race distances:
Kids – 150m swim | 6km bike | 1.5km run
Youth – 250m swim | 12km bike | 2.5km run

Huge shoutout to our girls — both Mia and Amelia secured 2nd place in their age groups! 👏

Special mention to Amelia 💙
Despite starting with an ankle injury, she pushed through with incredible determination to finish strong and claim 🥈. Not only that — she also took 1st place in Aquathlon and became the Series Champion (8–9 girls)! 🏆🔥

Amazing effort from everyone — proud of the team! 💯

Metasprints Duathlon | 15 March 2026

The Metasprints Duathlon coincided with the final days of the Singapore National Age Group Swimming Championship, and our coaches split into two teams to support our athletes across both events. 💪🔥

Coach Sham and Coach Jer led our Tri-Kids in the duathlon:

👏 Amazing results from our young athletes:
🥉 Mia and Reyan both secured 3rd place in their categories
💪 Aron finished strong in 8th place
🏁 Winnie showed great determination and completed her race

What makes this even more meaningful is the journey — some of these kids once struggled to even complete a 1.5km run without stopping. Today, they conquered a full run-bike-run duathlon. That’s real progress. That’s resilience. 💙
