Why is having “green” in your diet so important ?!.

It helps in
✅ Reducing risk of some chronic diseases
✅ Reducing risk of heart diseases
✅ Protecting against certain types of cancers
✅ Weight loss

✅ Risk of developing kidney stones
✅ Proper bowel function

Tips for massive gains ! ..

1. leave that huge ego of yours when you step in. It’s never about how much you can lift, is about how many quality reps you did.
2. Do warm up sets, allow your body to adapt the weight slowly and not shock the muscle suddenly.
3. Build that mind muscle connection. Take 4-5 Sec for each of the concentric and eccentric parts of the repetition. Allow your mind to understand your body.

Summary:
you will never release your full potential if you are only there to do the repetition.

Haters gonna hate you no matter what you do, who you are. Some might even try to bring you down. The truth is, you can do the things they can’t. So what can you do ?



Are you going remain the same or be positive and change the better YOU?


I have changed and left the older version of me for the better version. Grew stronger and wiser than before. Avoid those negatives and show some kindness to those who are still struggling.

I knew that no one like to take pictures during their “not so good” state. However, one of the best way tracking progression is to take a shot on weekly basis, so that you can see the differences before and after. Give it a try ! You might be shock of how much changes you made.

Progression will not be as optimum after a certain point. Building up muscle is not going to speed up by consuming more food. .

Therefore, during bulking phase, is good to have a mini cut if you are gaining excess fats like I did. .

By following 3 pillar structure made me back to my optimum state in gaining again.
