This class is specially designed for adults aged 45–90 years old, focusing on:
✅ Building core stability
✅ Improving mobility and flexibility
✅ Enhancing total body strength
✅ Supporting healthy ageing
✅ Meeting new friends in a warm and supportive environment
Movements are broken down into simple, safe steps, making it suitable for beginners and seniors of all fitness levels.

A new term for Stick Yoga & Yin Yoga is opening at ActiveSG.
Beyond physical movement, these sessions support the body’s natural ability to reset and restore:
• release accumulated tension
• improve structural alignment
• create space for deeper breath and awareness
• reconnect with a calmer, more grounded state
Stick Yoga works on alignment and opening the body,
while Yin Yoga invites stillness and deeper release.
It’s less about pushing,
and more about allowing the body to return to balance.
