Two psi is the difference between gripping and going down. π
Most riders set their pressure once, years ago, off a pump gauge that was lying to them and never touched it again.
Here's a proper starting point by rider weight, what to adjust for your setup, and what to change when it's been raining.
The one nobody does: after rain, drop 1β2 psi. Free grip.
Screenshot it. Keep it on your phone.

Titanium levers on a titanium frame. We'll allow it. π©
Radic Performance Ltd have released a 3D printed titanium lever for the KAHA and if you're already running KAHA, this is a straight upgrade, not a new brakeset.
What changes:
π§ 3D printed titanium β stronger and more durable than the original 7075-T6 aluminium blade
π§ Revised leverage ratio curve β noticeably better modulation, more control at the bite point
π§ Wider blade profile β more contact area under your finger
π§ Integrated grip hole pattern β traction that holds when your gloves are soaked
π§ Tool-free reach adjustment β dial it in on the trail, no multi-tool
This one's on a Kingdom XFS PS "Party Stripper", a discontinued frame, raw titanium and exactly the kind of build that deserves the upgrade.
Already running KAHA? The titanium levers are available as a standalone upgrade.
Buying new? You can spec the brakeset with titanium levers from the start for a small premium.

When was the last time you serviced your suspension? π€
Be honest. If you can't remember, it's probably overdue.
Here's the thing most riders get wrong: suspension service intervals are measured in ride hours, not months. Someone riding 10 hours a week wears their fork far faster than a weekend rider, even on the same bike.
Save this post. We've broken down exactly when to service your fork and shock based on how often you actually ride.
The golden rule: skipping a lower leg service leads to worn bushings and scored stanchions, repairs that cost many times more. Regular service isn't an expense. It's what protects the expensive parts.
Not sure where yours stands? Bring it in, we'll take a look. π§

When the founder flies in to hang out, you know the relationship is real. π€
Last year, Taylor Grey, founder of Radic Performance dropped by Trail+ for the first time to get to know us and build a relationship.
This year, he came back. Not to make a sale, but to hang out, talk shop and show us the prototypes he's been working on. Over the past 12 months, he's been gathering feedback and refining everything we learned from the KAHA V1, figuring out how the next generation can be even better.
This is what makes boutique brands different. The people behind them actually care, actually listen and actually show up.
Big thanks for the visit, Taylor. Exciting things ahead. π

We got the first look at Shimano's 2026 MTB lineup. π
Trail+ was at the Shimano 2026 New Product Presentation and the new mechanical groupsets are seriously impressive. Here's what stood out:
New XT (M8200) and Deore (M7200 / M6200) mechanical groupsets β proper trickle-down tech at every price point.
The highlights:
β Dual spring + clutchless system carried over from Di2, lower maintenance, fuss free
β Solid pulley design that minimises debris getting trapped
β Retractable shifter cover for tool-less cable replacement, no more missing parts or exposed internals collecting dirt
has clearly put real thought into making these easier to live with day to day, not just faster shifting, but less time in the workshop and more time riding.
And a shout-out to Lazer Sport for the great improvements in fit this year. π
Excited to bring these in. Stay tuned. π§
