It’s important to test and do a milestone check.
We always conduct End Of Term Assessment at the last 2-3 sessions of the term. Track the progress and not just train blindly!

Speed is everything. ⚡️

Sprints coaches are specialists in developing speed.
Most youth athletes don’t need heavy lifting. They need to build strength, coordination and movement through bodyweight and light resistance.

We’ve helped team-sport athletes become faster and more explosive in their sport.
Train speed. Play faster.

Thank you, Prof. Kobayashi and his university students, for visiting us in Singapore!

Every Sunday is our centralised training day, and we were happy to showcase our two age-group programmes: 4–7 years old and 8–12 years old.

Missing from the picture is our 4–7 group! Unfortunately, they were busy finishing up their end-of-term assessments, while the Japanese students had to rush off for their Night Safari tour!

Some of our coaches had the opportunity to meet Prof. Kobayashi during their AIC trips to Japan and Hong Kong. This time, it was extra special to have Prof. Kobayashi come to Singapore and meet more of our local coaching team.

Thank you, Prof., for the friendship, guidance and valuable advice. We truly appreciate the relationship we’ve built through AIC and look forward to more opportunities to learn, share and grow together! 🇯🇵🇸🇬

Another great workshop organised by AIC! 🇯🇵🇭🇰

It was great to reunite with the same team of coaches we met during our Okinawa trip a month ago. Always inspiring to learn, share and grow together.

A big thank you to Move Association Limited 喜動體育會有限公司 for hosting us with such great hospitality, delicious food and an awesome gym space!

Hope to see you guys in Singapore soon, we’ll be more than happy to properly host you here! 🇸🇬

Coaching isn’t just what they hear. It’s what they see. Use video to turn ‘I feel it’ into ’I get it’!

Performance athletes train in a vulnerable state. Pain can appear anytime, sometimes without warning. The real test isn’t sticking to the program. It’s knowing how to adapt when the body says otherwise.

Good coaching is not just having a plan. It’s knowing when to change it, and still make the session count.

Happy National Day Singapore! 🇸🇬

Kids’ training is not just about performance.
Yes, they learn skills and how to compete. But along the way, they also learn discipline, resilience, teamwork and confidence.

And most importantly, they create memories with their teammates, coaches, and the people who support them.

Because sport isn’t just about building better athletes, It’s about building better people and creating memories that last a lifetime.
