Celebrating Years of Dedication & Service 🌟

This week, we spotlight: Saerah Binte Rahim ✨

Celebrating 15 years at NSRCC, Saerah looks back on a journey filled with meaningful experiences, friendships and opportunities to grow.

She fondly remembers working with supportive colleagues and her late colleague, Mohd Jamil, who was like a father figure and a source of guidance throughout her journey.

From 12 years in Bowling to taking on a new challenge in Sports & Recreation, Saerah is proud of how far she has come. What keeps her motivated is the support of her colleagues and superiors, as well as her belief to stay positive and never give up.

Her advice to new colleagues: “Be patient, stay positive, be open to advice and never give up. Every experience is an opportunity to learn and grow.”

Congratulations, Saerah, on 15 years of dedicated service! 🎉

Over the years, Jennifer is proud to have grown more confident in handling responsibilities, navigating different situations and making a positive impact on members’ experiences.
