Why standing desks often mask the real issue.. 😷
When we stand with existing imbalances, we don’t fix them, we reinforce them.
Gravity is a constant force. If your structure is out of alignment, standing for 8 hours a day leads to:
1️⃣ Muscle Dominance: Your quads and lower back take over, leading to chronic tightness and pain.

You don’t recruit the right muscles with the right firing patterns and intensity with just lifting heavy ass weight by itself.
When the nervous system is fatigued and rewired from external stimulus like caffeine, high stress environment, blue light, poor nutrition and SEDENTARY posture. it is going to be nearly impossible to recruit your muscles effectively against heavy objects.
This is why people get injured and start experiencing pain, but it repetitive heavy output to move external load when the neuropathy and nervous system isn’t wired to do so.
Be responsible for the risk you put the 30s, 40s, 50s and above self in trouble of hip replacement, slip disc, disc degeneration, acl,mcl tears etc.
Unless you don’t plan to be strong, capable and active for your senior self. Then don’t reach out to me.
