Since many have asked about class timings, these are our classes available!
You can inquire more from us via DM to know more about the classes allocation. Due to covid restrictions, we are sad to inform that we can only take in certain amount of students per class. Our head coach, Nelson, will also provide an assessment to better allocate the student so that we will be able to provide the best learning environment, assessing your confidence and ability to swim.
Hope that you all are staying safe in these trying times and we look forward to include you in our family!

Swimming, like tennis or drawing, is a skill. Skills takes time to form and requires constant practice to achieve proficiency.
Here at BlueBubbles Fitness, we focus on training the smaller movements and confidence, where over time, these small movements will combine together to raise the proficiency of the child overall. First, we build the confidence of the child, slowing bringing them from the shallow end to the deeper end as there is fear within the child when there is no ground to stand on or nothing to hold on to. This takes time as confidence cannot be taught overnight. We would need to get the child to increase their trust with him and to deepen our bond to be able to allow them to comfortably let us bring them over to the deeper end.
Next, we also train their motor skills to improve the muscle memory involved in learning the strokes of swimming. Just like how we cannot learn a new language or a new instrument in a day, Swimming cannot be learnt in a day too. Let's say in learning a guitar, we need to train our fingers to "remember" the position of the chord. In swimming, we need to train our limbs to remember the movement of the strokes.
Like they say, "Rome isn't build in a day". So, prolonged learning is needed! We believe that with this philosophy, we can apply to daily life as well. Keep learning!

Good evening everyone! This is the second post on the "Importance of Swimming" series! This week's post is all about Coordination!
Now, how does Swimming attribute to Coordination? The definition in Oxford Dictionaries is "the ability to use different parts of the body together smoothly and efficiently."
Swimming consists of moving your arms and legs, consistently. When a child trains from a young age to increase the mobility and the coorperation within the limbs, they can increase in balance as they mature. Fun Tip! It actually helps in other aspects of life, whereas they would like to learn a musical instrument such as drums or the guitar, it will be easier foe them to separate the movements of the different limbs to increase learning capability!
We must also not fail to mention that Swimming utilizes the moving of the head and timing of the breaths. This will actually increase the lung capacity and functionality as they mature as well! That's also why Swimming is healthy after all!
I hope you learnt something this week as well! Stay safe and as Dory says: "Keep on swimming!"
