As part of our Coaches education programme, our technical staff visited Lion City Sailors FC training ground.
We were warmly welcomed by He Qixiang, Head of Performance. It was a great session covering topics of Physical Performance and Training Periodisation Philosophy.
We would like to thank the staff at Lion City Sailors FC for your warm welcome and great hospitality. Valuable sharings and discussions were made and we look forward to more sessions in the future. 🤝🐯
