🔧🕉Tutorial for Ardha Chandrasana.(Half Moon Pose)

Stretches hamstrings
Proper Stretch and Warm up is necessary.
🙏12 proper sun salutations done slowly and mindfully. Followed by these 3 steps and breathing.
Breathing: Ujjayi Pranayama
(oceans breath/soft whispering breath)
🦵Step 1 . Triangle pose with a block.
Preparing to shift weight to the front.
🧘♂️Step 2 Shifting weight to the front leg as you exhale. Bend the knee softly. Hand on a block to support stability.
Step 3 Engage the abdominal muscles and lift the hips up to shift the weight front and gradually straighten front leg.
Legs are to be maintained hip level.
Open both pelvis while core is still engaged.
Step 4 Look ahead away from the block and finally stability is maintained turn the head and look towards the ceiling.

Proper Stretch and Warm up is necessary.
🙏12 proper sun salutations done slowly and mindfully. Followed by these 3 steps and breathing.
Breathing: Ujjayi Pranayama
(oceans breath/soft whispering breath)
🦵Step 1 Hamstrings.
Use strap or towel to gently stay in the position for atleast 60 seconds.
🧘♂️Step 2 Shoulders, arms, ankles, hips, thighs and back.
Ghomukhasana (Cow Face Pose)
Deep breathing in the position for 30 to 45 seconds.
Use strap or towel and💡 avoid tensing the neck and shoulder muscles when performing the asana.
Step 3 Parivrtta Janu Sirsana (Revolved head to knee pose)
Create the space within. Ribs are wide and open. Gentle spinal twist and turn the head at the opposite direction.
And to the Final pose.

Advance asanas are called advance because it brings us to the next level of practice where we keep elevating beyond the basics. Our determination and consistency we see ourselves understanding new things and new dimensions. Not only postures are meant to be advanced. Ourselves as we are, the way we live our life, the way we see things, the way we respond, the way we interact, the way we handle our emotions, where we see ourselves in different situations. We are constantly working to elevate ourselves to the higher pursuit of life. To me Asanas are not just postures to be praticed and feel good, i hear their interaction and intention that is passed on deep inside the mind, body and soul.

Parsva Bakasana.
Hi. Here i have a picture of me doing Parsva Bakasana. Parsva Bakasana find the center of your gravity here with both legs at one side.
Start building physical strength in the abs and upperbody as well as flexibility.
I enjoy practicing such poses to keep myself stronger.
