How do I find balance?

Work& deadlines demand my attention. Not to mention my other responsibilities.

Being a woman of 40’s i have learned that finding balance is not about perfect symmetry. It’s about intentional choices. It’s a conscious decision. Swapping your night outs to going to the gym instead. To use the stairs instead of elevator.

One thing that helps me is that I integrated my passion into my routine. Each rep, each meal prepped with love, care.

Embracing the power of “No” to make room for what truly matters.

Chasing our goals demand sacrifice. But it can also fuel a fire within.

So how do I balance? Commitment. Intentional choice.
