Another awesome session of strength training class smashed!

Various workout sets but keeping to the same high level of intensity...the guys pushed and challenged themselves to their own limit!

Never too easy but feeling accomplished after completing the session...this is the objective of TLA Fitness Mania πŸ‘ŠπŸ‘ŠπŸ‘Š

Different sets of workout but keeping to the same good intensity level...building up both cardio & lean muscles simultaneously.

The team pushed and challenged themselves to their limit...never an easy feat but feeling accomplished after completing the session!

TLA Fitness Mania kick-starts into October with YogaFit, a 60-min which focuses on improving flexibility & strengthening of core muscles.

The class had a good session with our cover instructor Melissa, going through nice body poses and improving on body postures.
