NAPST 2011 International Sleep Conference was a great success for everyone involved and yet another milestone for NAPST and the Sleep Medicine field in Asia. With a significant number of nearly 160 attendees from more than 16 countries, we were hosted nicely at the Concorde Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. For NAPST organization, a non-profit educational network, their goal was achieved in enabling a wide educational format for many in this burgeoning field in Asia. In preparing for this conference, we worked in close consultation with relevant local medical societies, international speakers, and those from Industry. Many topics were discussed at the 2-day conference, with plenty of pertinent questions being raised by the audience.
