Maccabees FC is an amateur football team that enjoys playing on Sundays for fun and to keep fit.
The Maccabees Football team has won numerous amateur football leagues in Singapore over it's 10 year existence, the latest of which arrived in 2011. Currently a team comprising of a bunch of good friends, the Maccabees playing style is based purely on an uncomprising attack. Although menacing on the field, Maccabees are friendly and good natured people who love a good game of football and strictly condemns any form of aggression.

The Macs emerged winners with a 9-6 score line against the St Micheal Boys! However there were arguments that the ref didn’t make a good call when Star Striker Ruthra was brought down in the penalty box. What would have been your call for this?

The Maccabees bid farewell to our flamboyant leftback of 11 years, Pravin. Pravin is moving to Australia and the team wishes him all success in his new chapter down under.
The Maccabees will most definitely miss his marauding runs down the left flank, astute crosses from deep and his work ethic. All the Best Pravin!

Macs had a decent outing against formidable opponents and was unlucky to come away with a draw. Good run out by the boys.

Maccabees FC 6 - 0 L.A.S
Scorers: Dillen (2), Johan, Blondie, Deepan, Alan
MOTM: Ranjini Kanth
The Macs came out victorious against hard running L.A.S team. Although the game ended 6-0 to the Macs, the game was evenly contested in the afternoon heat.
The Macs dedicate this win to our midfield maestro Salihin (for his marriage) and our utility man Shyam (birthday)!!
