20KM Aerobic Run

Sometimes the best runs are not about speed.
They are about patience, rhythm, consistency, and building a stronger engine for the future.

Alhamdulillah, completed 20KM with controlled effort and steady pacing.
Even more special to meet Isaac Chan again after many months during the run.

Aerobic runs may look easy from outside, but this is where endurance is built, discipline grows, and marathon strength is developed.

Trust the training process. Stay consistent. The results will come.

11KM evening run completed after a long day, but the mission continues.
Not every run needs to be fast. Some runs are about discipline, building endurance, and showing up when your body says rest but your mind says keep going.

Every step is an investment towards a stronger version of myself.
