A few behind-the-scenes moments from May âš
Sometimes life moves so quickly that you donât stop to realise just how much has happened.
How productive youâve been.âšHow many challenges youâve navigated.âšHow many small promises youâve kept to yourself.
Looking back, May was one of the most exciting months so far for NJW. New partnerships, new clients, new opportunities and lots of work happening behind the scenes to continue improving the coaching experience for the women I support.
But alongside the business growth was real life too.
Being a wife.âšBeing a mum.âšLooking after my own health.âšMaintaining friendships.âšTrying to be present for all the things that matter.
And what Iâve realised is that there is no such thing as perfect balance.
There will always be seasons where one area needs a little more attention than another.
What matters most is continuing to show up, because it always adds up!
A workout instead of no workout.âšA nutritious meal instead of perfection.âšA 10-minute walk instead of sitting still.âšA small step forward instead of waiting for the perfect time.
The biggest lesson I continue to learn (and teach) is this:
When you prioritise your health, everything else feels easier.
You have more energy.âšMore resilience.âšMore patience.âšMore capacity to show up for the people and things you care about.
And thatâs why I believe looking after yourself is never selfish, itâs foundational.
When life is busy, how are you at prioritising your health? This is what I help women with, message me âCOACHINGâ if youâd like my support đ

I see this SO much! Women trying to follow plans that are clearly not going to last longer than a few months - if that!
And when something doesnât fit your routine, of course it wonât stick.
You may notice a few results, a drop on the scale, but these are also short term.
So you start again. And again. And again.
You might question your discipline, but discipline is far easier when you have structure - and confidence in knowing that your efforts will lead to change, to better body composition, to strength and fat loss, and to results that last.
Lasting body composition change doesnât come from doing more, It comes from doing what you can repeat, week in, week out.
â on busy days
â on low energy days
â when life isnât âperfectâ
That doesnât mean lengthy exhausting workouts. Youâd be surprised how a 15 minute strategic strength session can be so much more effective đ€©
When you can stay consistent, thatâs where your body finally starts to change. You wonât notice it straight away - this is not a quick fix for a holiday - but it is the solution to keep you feeling strong, in control and loving your body for life. End the yo-yo workout / diet culture đđ»
If youâre a busy mum who feels like nothing is sticking, this is exactly what I help with.
If youâre ready for a more structured approach, Iâd love to support you.

Sorry ladies, but strength training doesnât boost your metabolism in the way you think.
But it does lead to thisâŠ
More energy â more movement â better results
Less burnout & more consistency đđ»
The biggest mindset shift I see my clients make is when they stop chasing calorie burn and start building strength that supports their life.
And when your body has more energy:
You move more
You stay consistent
You see results that last, not just for a holiday, but always! So you can end the viscious yo-yo dieting cycle.
This is the approach we take inside my coaching đ«¶
