With heavy hearts, we announce the closure of Gold's Gym Tanjong Pagar due to ongoing financial sustainability challenges. This decision was not made lightly, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause.

We are grateful for your unwavering support and dedication to our gym community. While this chapter ends, we are pleased to share that the gym will continue under new ownership. We hope you will extend the same support and enthusiasm to the new team, who are committed to continuing the legacy of strength, health, and community that we built together.

Please note that this Instagram account will no longer be affiliated with Gold's Gym Tanjong Pagar. We will revert to our original Good Hands account, focusing on providing mobile sports massage and cupping services. We hope you will continue to follow and support us as we transition back to our roots.

For those who contributed to our crowdfunded Portable Altitude System, it will remain with our admin and will be available for free loan to previous contributors. For others, if you're interested in renting the system (king sized tent with complete equipments for sleeping & exercising), please reach out through direct messages at .sg .

Lastly, we want to assure you that all existing client packages will be honored by our dedicated trainer within Gold's Gym Tanjong Pagar until your sessions are fully completed.

On 27th january, Gold's Gym Tanjong Pagar started, with the intention of being not just a Personal Training Gym. We wanted to venture, explore & benefit through our personal passions and use them to benefit the niche community while providing a holistic approach to it. Hence, Altitude Training (& Recovery Therapy) were born.

Our intentions & purpose were clear:

1. Make altitude training accessible and affordable for everyone.

2. Be an agent that pushes the boundaries of human performance.

3. Build a community of driven individuals reaching new heights.

We put in the puzzle pieces. We networked, we saved, we planned, we spent & we executed. We pushed through. We were depleted in initial investment and were left with just 1 missing puzzle piece - the Altitude Generator. So we decided to explore crowdfunding for the first time, and be sure to manage our expectations from it.

4 months later today, you guys made this dream happen. And i'll never forget that. This is just the beginning. And you guys are part of that beginning. We'll be reaching out to you soon, the crowdfunders 🥹, so watch out for that.
