Ready to take your jump rope coaching skills to the next level?

The Singapore Jump Rope Academy Basic Coaching Course is designed for aspiring coaches, PE teachers, trainers and anyone passionate about developing young athletes.

📚 What you’ll learn:
✅ Jump rope & rope skipping fundamentals
✅ Coaching principles & lesson planning
✅ Technical skills, progressions & training methods
✅ Safety and coaching practices
✅ Written & practical assessments

📅 24 October 2026 (Saturday)
⏰ Registration: 8:30 AM
🏃 Course & Assessment: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📍 Venue: TBA
💰 Course Fee: SGD $200

⭐ IMPORTANT: This Basic Coaching Course is the prerequisite for signing up for the SG-Coach Level 1 coaching course.
