Boxing is a great way to get a high-intensity workout, but it's important to take care of your body afterwards. That's why I always make sure to incorporate stretching into my clients' post-workout routines, like in this picture with my client .scherz .
After a tough boxing session, .scherz and I took a few minutes to stretch out his muscles and cool down. We focused on stretching his arms, shoulders, back, and legs to help prevent injury and reduce muscle soreness. By taking the time to stretch properly, Gunther was able to recover faster and feel better after his workout.
If you're a boxer or just looking for a great workout, don't forget to stretch it out afterwards! Your body will thank you. 💪🥊
