With his new black belt, Coach Farid is embarking on a new teaching opportunity in Libya. For years, he’s been the first one on the mats. Every morning jiu-jitsu class at 6:30am, without fail or excuse. He’s showed up for this gym, for this team, and for this art. Now, he’s taking everything he’s built here and bringing it somewhere the world needs it.

Few people would take a fresh black belt and fly straight into a warzone with it, but that’s who Coach Farid is. Fearless and purpose-driven. 💪🔥

We may have had a farewell party, but this isn’t goodbye! The whole of Stronghold is with you, coach. We’ll see you again soon, have a safe journey ahead ✈️

This summer, our Kids’ Camp will be on the most complete form of hand-to-hand training: Mixed Martial Arts!

In our Kids’ MMA Summer Camp, your kids will learn skills needed to grow into a complete martial artist. They will also undergo training to become stronger and fitter, and improve their focus and coordination through drills with peers and experienced coaches.
