Our 45mins online strength class is beginner-friendly and ๐ฏ% meant for ladies who are absolutely new to weight training.
All you need are โก๏ธ 1 kettlebell and 1 foam roller, which you can purchase from any of your favourite sports shops or if you buy from me it will be 's durable and solid kettlebell sent to your doorstep.
