I have been in touch with a number of residents on the re-starting of Home Improvement Programme (HIP) construction work at Ayer Rajah. Thank you, everyone, for your patience over the last few months, as the contractors dealt with disruptions to manpower and materials from COVID pandemic.

I am happy to share with residents at Pandan Gardens (Blocks 401-416) and Teban Gardens (Blocks 43-54), that BCA has given approval to resume the Home Improvement Programmes from Sep 2020. HDB has already posted the revised schedules for internal works, on the notice boards. They seek residents’ understanding that the schedule could change, if there is material or manpower disruptions, as the COVID 19 outbreak situation continues to evolve.

I very much hope that the schedule of work may proceed as planned and look forward to visiting residents at their renovated flats.
