Marvellous Monday morning all of you! I hope your weekend was great. π
This morning I'm touching on the topic of self-doubt and how to believe in yourself. Have you ever gone through some moments where there is this small voice telling you that you can't achieve what you have set your mind to do? It criticises you when life gets really difficult. It beats you down when you struggle to get back up. It steals your happiness and only leaves you in fear and insecurity.
And in addition, you are surrounded by people who have programmed your mind that you will live a mediocre life and that whatever goals you have set, you will never achieve them.
All of these factors contribute alot to self-doubt, self-sabotage, self-destruction.
That is when fear starts lurking in and your small voices will tell you what NOT to do. But do you know you can always use self-doubt for your benefit? With self-knowledge and understanding, you are able to do just that.

Did my Wake Up Workout earlier before I went to work. They said if you still look good after workn out, that means you haven't worked out enuf. Guess I have. Lol.

Motivated by my team's progress so I thought I'd write down these few routines before work later. Visuals are better for me cuz they are right in my face and make me guilty when the list is not checked! To all, let's keep on inspiring one another and of course, keep on keeping on!
