Tweak what you are already eating (ie love eating) to suit your fitness goal - increase protein, add fibre, reduce oil by spraying, swop carby stuff with low carby stuff, use powdered spices etc. Make sure it always hit the total calories + macronutrients (P, C + F) as close as possible. Best to plan ahead.

Late dinner post workout: Brown rice, poached chicken breast (bland but need to do this for a while), blanched broccoli florets + carrots with some veggie curry sauce for flavour. Jaga-ing my makan BECAUSE it goes hand in hand with training for “looks”, “abilities” or general “well-being”. If you need support aka care, DM!
