💥Your body is fully healed at 6 weeks.
👉🏽Your body has only just begun to heal. In fact, ligaments can take up to 280 days to heal.
💥C-Section mamas do not need pelvic floor rehab.
👉🏽While studies show that your pelvic floor strength and endurance is greater than vaginal delivery, it still just supported a growing uterus and baby for 9+ months and you may have still laboured.

We just wrapped up our first Postnatal Pilates classes yesterday and it was such a success that we are bringing it again in October!
This is a great class for those who have just given birth and looking to ease their way into their fitness regime and also for those who are experiencing back/neck or shoulder pain as it is gentle and focuses a lot on strengthening your core muscles.

If you’re looking for a sign to start, THIS IS IT! Don’t focus too much on the end result that you end up not enjoying the journey. Celebrate the small wins. It’s okay to take a break when you’re tired. But you need to want to keep going.
