Most people think becoming a swim coach is about swimming well.
It isn’t.
It’s about helping children grow in confidence, teaching safely, and creating meaningful moments in the pool.
If you’ve ever thought about turning your passion into a career, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

Mum: Awake every 2 hours feeding, changing nappies and settling the baby. 😴
Dad: “Wow… I slept so well. Baby didn’t wake up at all last night.” 😂
Please tell me it’s not just my husband who’s said this before. 🤦🏻♀️
To be fair… we know there are amazing dads who genuinely share the night feeds and wake-ups. ❤️
But somehow, mums seem to hear every little squeak, while dads can sleep through almost anything. 😅
The newborn stage is beautiful… but wow, it’s exhausting.
If you’re in the thick of those sleepless nights, just know you’re not alone. 💛
And if you have a partner who truly shares the night shifts…
Hold onto them. They’re absolute gems. 😂
👇 Tell us…
Has your partner ever said this to you? Or are they the one getting up all night? We’d love to hear your stories!
💛 If you’re preparing for your little one or feeling overwhelmed during those early newborn weeks, our postpartum doulas are here to support both you and your baby—so you don’t have to do it all alone. Send us a DM to find out more.
Seeing if the algorithm prefers the reel we spent 2 hours editing… or us just standing in a warm pool like this. 🤷♀️😂
Social media is funny sometimes.
One reel:
🎬 2 hours of filming, editing, transitions and captions.
Another reel:
🌊 Just a coach standing in our warm pool.
And somehow… the pool wins. 😅
But honestly, whether it’s a highly edited video or a simple moment in the water, what matters most to us is what happens beyond the screen — babies gaining confidence, children learning life-saving skills, and families creating precious memories together. 💙
Now tell us… which videos do YOU enjoy watching more?
👇 Highly edited reels or simple, real-life moments?
Struggling to get your baby comfortable in the pool? 💦
If your little one seems unsure, clingy or overwhelmed in the water, you’re not alone. Many babies simply need time, patience and the right environment to build confidence. ❤️
Here are 3 simple tips parents swear by:
✨ 1. Avoid overwhelming environments
Too many people, loud noises and busy surroundings can be a lot for babies to process. Start with a calm, gentle environment where they can feel safe.
🌡️ 2. Keep the water warm — soupy warm!
Babies regulate temperature differently from adults. Warm water helps them relax, stay comfortable and enjoy the experience much more.
🤱 3. Stay in the pool with them
Your voice, touch and presence make all the difference. You are your baby’s safe space, and being close helps them feel secure enough to explore.
Remember, confidence in water isn’t built in a day. It’s built through trust, consistency and positive experiences. 💙
Looking for a gentle, child-led approach to baby swimming? We’d love to support your family’s water journey.

🌊 Unlimited Swim Promotion Extended Till July! 🌊
Due to overwhelming response, we’ve extended our popular Unlimited Weekday Swim Promotion till the end of July! 🎉
Why swim just once a week when your child can swim multiple times a week?
💦 Swim every weekday if you wish
💦 More water time = more practice
💦 More practice = faster confidence and progress
💦 Build stronger water confidence through consistency
Children learn best through regular exposure and repetition. The more often they swim, the more comfortable, confident and independent they become in the water. 🏊♀️
Whether your child is just starting their swimming journey or is working towards greater independence in the water, this is a great opportunity to maximise progress during the school holidays.
🌟 Unlimited Weekday Swim Pass: Only $280
📅 Promotion extended till 31 July 2026 due to popular demand.
Limited slots available.

Can you spot the difference? 👣
This 5-year-old came to us with foot pronation (feet rolling inwards).
Over time, excessive pronation can cause a child to place more stress on their ankles, knees and hips, especially if left unaddressed during their growing years.
Through our Movement Therapy programme, we worked with him weekly on:
✅ Strengthening key muscle groups
✅ Improving body awareness and motor control
✅ Learning how to load through the feet appropriately
✅ Standing, walking and running with better alignment
✅ Building movement habits that support long-term joint health
The “after” photo wasn’t achieved overnight. It was the result of consistent therapy, targeted exercises and lots of practice. 💪
Every child moves differently, and not all children with pronation require intervention. However, if you notice your child’s feet collapsing inwards, frequent tripping, unusual walking patterns, or complaints of pain and fatigue, it may be worthwhile getting an assessment.
Early intervention can make a big difference in helping children move more efficiently and confidently. ❤️
Think your child may benefit from an assessment? Send us a DM to find out more.

Pregnant and still can’t sleep? Watch this! 🤰💤
If you’ve been tossing and turning all night trying to find that one comfortable position, you’re definitely not alone.
As your bump grows, finding a good sleeping position can become increasingly challenging. A simple adjustment with a bolster may make a big difference.
✨ Try this:
✔ Place your upper leg on a bolster or pillow
✔ Keep your knees and ankles aligned with your hips
✔ Stretch your bottom leg out slightly so both legs have their own space
Why?
💛 Helps keep the pelvis in a more comfortable position
💛 May improve circulation while resting
💛 Reduces pressure on the hips and lower back
💛 Can help reduce the likelihood of night-time leg cramps
Small changes can sometimes lead to much better sleep. 😴
Save this for tonight or share it with an expecting mummy who could use a better night’s rest. 🤍
