π HER STRENGTH, HER STORY π
Testimony from one of our members, encouraging women of all ages :
βI started working out at the gym two years ago when I realised the importance of strength training as a post-menopausal woman. At that time, I was completely new to the gym, and the machines felt intimidating. With the guidance of my coach, Sam, I gradually built my confidence and now feel right at home in the gym.
My daughter also trains at the same gym, and we often exchange notes on our workouts and celebrate each otherβs progress. Iβm glad she started strength training in her 20s, when building strong, healthy bones is so important. I only wish I had discovered it earlier myself.
That said, itβs never too late to start. I would encourage women of all ages to give strength training a try, as it can have such a positive impact on bone health and overall well-being. Personally, I know I feel better because I eat better, sleep better, and feel stronger.β
