2026 National School Games A and B Division results:
B div boys - 2 gold, 2 silver, 4 bronze
A div girls - 1 gold, 2 bronze
A div boys - 1 silver, 3 bronze

The students have worked hard and we're happy to announce that this year's results are an improvement from last year's! We hope the students enjoyed themselves and forged lasting memories through this experience. Thank you to all who have contributed in one way or another, and we look forward to preparing the C division for their upcoming NSG in June.

Last Monday, ORA Judo Club coach Mr Low Chee Kiang came back to prepare our students for their A and B division National School Games. It was insightful for everyone and the students enjoyed honing their competition techniques for their upcoming fights!

The alumni also got a chance to catch up with Mr Low and each other at our favourite non-sponsor burger hang out afterwards.

Session 2 complete. Thank you to all the alumni and students who came down today! Also, here's wishing our hardworking students all the best in the Kyu Grade Championships tomorrow, make Raffles proud!

First ORA Judo Club training in the books, and what a great turn out it was! We hope everyone had fun forming new connections within the Raffles judo family, as well as learning techniques from our established alumni.

Happy new year folks!

We're pleased to announce that ORA Judo Club has been approved to hold trainings every Friday, 7-8pm at the RI dojo. This will be a great avenue for alumni to mentor students, build bonds and even regain some of that long lost fitness. RI students can take a short break from 6.30-7pm, then choose to join the ORA Judo training at 7pm. (Do refer to the students' training schedules in the second picture.)

Our first official club training will be on the 16th of January, Friday, 7-8pm. If you haven't yet voted your attendance, you can do so on either our Whatsapp or Telegram groups. See you there!

We're immensely grateful to have Professor Jeon Ki-Young, 3-time World Champion and Olympic Gold medalist, come down and share his techniques with us. Seonsaengnim gamsahabnida 🥋🙏

A big thank you as well, to everyone who came down to help out, train, or even just to take pictures and chat with your judo buddies. It's these memories and tough trainings that forged the friendships in our little community after all.

Lastly, we hope everyone managed to learn a little about the club's next steps, vision and initiatives at the presentation done by our president and VP, as well as collect your ordered T-shirts too. See you at the next ORA Judo Club event! 😎

Attention all Raffles Judo Alumni, Gryphon's Recall 2025 is finally here! Bring your judogi and come down to the RI Dojo (Y1-4 MPSH) on 19th July for a time of training, catching up with old pals and good cheer!

We will also be distributing ORA Judo Club T-shirts to those who ordered. Additionally, this marks the official launch of ORA Judo Club, and we will briefly share our next steps moving forward after training. See you there!

Many alumni turned up to thank him, enjoy the training, and just enjoy catching up together. To Mr Low, you've not only been a coach to us, you've also been a mentor, embodying the values of judo in your life and inspiring many of us to do the same. Thank you and enjoy your retirement!
