G51 Motorsport is a kart racing and coaching team specializing in young kids in predominantly the cadet category of motorsport.
Born of one fathers passion to find a transparent, cost effective way of supporting his 3 sons in the racing arena. G51 currently operates out of their premises at the KF1 facility in Singapore and has one of the best coach mechanics in Singapore taking the youngsters Our Head Coach/ Mechanic is Alfie Sadon who has trained the 4 of the top 5 drivers in Singapore when they were laying their foundat
ion in karting. Alfie is on site to help and advise at any time. His experience and coaching has laid a solid foundation for the kids to build on. G51 is also fortunate to have the excellent support and coaching skills of Josh Smith from Aero Corse Australia. Having spend 15 years with Birel in the US and CRG in Australia, Josh ended retirement from the gokart arena to return to coaching 2017. He returned to coach one of the G51 cadets which led to the cadet winning the x30 SouthEast Asia Championship and finishing 3rd in the Singapore ROk championship as well as 16th in the IAME world finals in 2017 at 10 years of age. G51 also looks to go beyond Singapore when required with direct support from the parent company and factory teams in Italy. For 2018 G51’s drivers will be competing as part of the Italian factory team in Italy. Beyond all the pomp and pizazz, G51 is a family, we started as a family team and we continue to be a family team, we believe in 3 basic fundamentals.
