⚽️ NEW DB45 WORKOUT ⚽

Train like an Athlete this Wednesday, May 11th!

David Beckham is bringing his new signature workout DB45 and it's going to be lit! 🔥

You will get a glimpse of what it's like to train like a professional footballer! The exercises featured are some of those that Beckham has performed in training throughout his career.

Be prepared for the most explosive, power-focused movements, as well as multi-directional agility exercises. 💪🏼

11 stations. 1 pod. 2 sets. 2 laps & don't forget the extra time! 7 minutes of PURE BODY WEIGHT to finish it all.

🗽 THE RETURN OF LIBERTY! 🗽

Tomorrow we welcome back one of our new strength workouts, LIBERTY!

Liberty is our first time-under-tension resistance-based workout, where the whole room will work in sync to a specific tempo. This helps us to focus on our form and perfect our technique as we sweat it out together. A great way to encourage muscle hypertrophy and GET STRONGER 💪

🗓️ May workout calendar is OUT! 🗓️

PHASE 5 is ready to lift off 🚀 on Monday. This phase is JAM PACKED with new weekly workout progressions to ensure you are able to reach AND surprise your fitness goals!!

‼️ Here's a glimpse of what you can expect ‼️

➡️ Empire is focusing on super setting bodyweight exercises with equipment based functional movements.

➡️ Tokyo Disco will have push and pull, pulses, pauses and tempos.

➡️ Firestorm - a special drop in workout on the 4th of May, Firestorm will feature combos, high speed bodyweight exercises, Bikes, Rowers, Sleds, and Battle Ropes.

➡️ Liberty - will be focusing on testing our Incline Db Bench press and Suspension trainer rows in weeks 18 and 20, and barbell front squats and Suspension trainer leg curls with a 303 tempo in weeks 19 and 21.

➡️ Checkmate - Prepare yourself for big bang cardio machines and movements, like rowers and Battle Ropes combined with heavy lifting!

➡️ SoCal and WeHo - Saturdays just got FASTER! Focus on Saturdays this phase will be going light and fast whilst the body recovers from the week of lifting heavy!

➡️ Goat - You will be able to tweak your resistance pod in GOAT to suit your training goals. Lighter and faster reps for more cardio, and slow and controlled for strength gains.

It's that time again! For all new or returning Challengers, welcome to Phase 1 of the Challenge! 🤩

Hope it is going well and you've got all your meals prepped accordingly as it is important for accountability and progress.

Here's an example of what a basic daily wellness routine might look like during the first week of the Challenge.
