Great to be reminded! My 10 min morning and evening stretch and breathing these last 2 months in France can be called a practice!!

Last day teaching in Singapore in the studio in Serangoon and at the Botanic Garden.
These 18 months teaching 8-10 classes a week have taught me more than any books I have read about yoga or any workshop I have taken.
I am thankful to have met amazing people, enthusiast students, and really good friends. Thanks all for your kind words, gifts, emails. Many emotions that I will try to deal with now… I am lucky to have been your teacher!
