A proper NF day out at the National Stadium. 🥊☀️

12 of our athletes will be representing the gym at AMC 13 — Fight for Hope, with a couple of others taking on official roles at the event too. Getting everyone together for a team training session was exactly what we needed before competition weekend.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for Singapore Muaythai Assocation (SMA)’s Public Outreach Muaythai Sessions. It was great having you on the mats and getting to meet some new faces!

And to our coaches, parents and the NF crew who put so much time, effort and heart into this team, we couldn’t do it without you.

🔥 Come cheer on the team this Sat, 12 Sep at the National Stadium! Entry is free, with Wai Kru bouts from 10am and Combat bouts from 1pm.

BIG NEWS. BJJ IS LEVELING UP AT NEUE FIT. 🥋

Introducing BJJ CORE, our new hybrid BJJ programme bringing gi and no-gi together.
At its core, grappling is about control, movement and fundamentals, whether you’re wearing a gi or not. So we’re building a more comprehensive curriculum around both, giving you more ways to train and progress.

What’s changing?
→ More classes to choose from
→ Gi + No-Gi training within the programme
→ A clearer pathway towards blue belt
→ Specialist classes for more experienced practitioners

Love the gi? Keep wearing it. Prefer no-gi? You’re covered. Want to switch between both? Even better.

With BJJ, No-Gi, Wrestling and MMA now part of NeueFit, wherever your grappling curiosity takes you, there’s a mat here for it.

BJJ CORE starts 10th August, Monday.

Questions? Grab any of our coaches.
See you on the mats!
