It was a weekend of sun and surf this weekend for our Lionesses. Congratulations to Natalie Ritchie for a fantastic run at the Gold Coast Marathon, repping the SWTC batik for 42.2kms 🥳 Our queen of orange SA Rin was our for a good cause at the AJ Bell Great North 10k, and closer to home, Jelissa and Jasmine Seah sweated through our Singaporean trails as part of the 21km Forest Force run 🥵
We couldn’t have a weekend without some waves, so well done to Gnet Cammayo and at Oceanman Malaysia (5km), with Gnet taking a podium position 3rd place AG 🥉
Well done to everyone!!!

🚴♀️👑 Some people own bikes.
We adopt them.
Name them.
Talk to them.
Spend too much money on them. 🤭
Meet the SWTC Bike Family — from Robin and Dreamfyre to Oren, Glowstick and Mochi Super Cute Version 2 🚲🚲🚲
Because after all the early mornings, long rides, races, adventures and coffee stops, they’re no longer just bikes…
They’re family. ❤️
Here’s to the bikes that carry our dreams, our snacks, our race nerves and occasionally our dignity 😆
Now tell us…
✨ Does your bike have a name?
✨ Which SWTC bike name wins your vote?

It was a very green 💚 weekend for our Lionesses, with and Lauren swimming through the waves, riding the hills and rainforest and running through the crowds at IM70.3 Cairns, Australia, while Man Ling Lo showed us what true mental grit is in full distance event.
Closer to home ironmummy❤비 비 안, SA Rin and , along with Choo Ling Er ❤️🍔🍟 and mini lion cub Kira took on the eco-friendly Great Green Run 🏃♀️
Great job everyone!

Women are racing but participation is stubbornly low.
After looking at race data, one question stood out- what if the biggest barrier isn’t race day? - but everything before it?
Training load? Time poverty? The pressure to optimise every session? Maybe we forgot to leave space for play?
What keeps women in sport? What quietly pushes them away?

Proud of our Singapore Women’s Triathlon Club crew for showing up with purpose at Run For Light — a community event that reminds us how small, intentional actions can create a more compassionate society and a more sustainable planet. 🌏✨
As always, it was inspiring to see our members moving, connecting and making an impact together.
And a very special shout out to Fiona Lim for taking out the overall women’s 10km win — an incredible achievement! 🏆🔥
