Today someone asked me why so many people are unhappy and spend their lives complaining and never noticing the wonderful things around them🤷‍♀️

I think the biggest thing is that we have so many distractions and we don’t take time out of our busy lives, to THINK about what truly makes us happy. 🤔

What makes me happy? My family. Even the hard moments within families that show how you grow as a parent or the ability to be more patient - they are all gifts. Even just my kids running in the sunset - like this photo☀️

Make the time, put down your phone and just think plain and simple what makes that fire glow deep down inside you…it may not be that promotion, or new handbag or exotic trip overseas but just the pleasure of the ones you love near you…🧡💛🧡💛

Raising a family isn’t easy. It’s even harder when your immediate family doesn’t live in the same city. I miss my parents and sister everyday, as they live in India. 🇮🇳

Yet somehow I got lucky. I found a best friend here in Singapore who is truly the friend who became family. 💛

She’s there for me, my kids and even my extended family at the drop of a hat. They say it takes a village to raise kids, and I gotta tell you, and her family are my family now and yes, my village. 🧡

Thank you for this precious moment of us and our children and for being able to recognize and thank the people that selflessly carry us through the highs and lows of life. 💛🧡

For my little teenager who’s out in the sun, sweating and active - these teen facials with a deep cleanse are the best thing for her. 🐎She felt pampered and relaxed especially after her jumping competition yesterday. Just what she needed 🙌🏻

Day 1 of school holidays! 😍

It’s been 4 years since we have been back in Japan! 🇯🇵 And for those of you that don’t know, it’s a little EXTRA special for me - my father was born and raised in Japan and I grew up in Kobe till my early teens! Japans my second home!🤩

Day one checking into the - the two bedroom apartments are awesome, and early dinner at 😋

Can’t wait to hit the slopes tomorrow and enjoy creating memories with the kids! 🎿 ⛷️
