Nothing to see here as we went down by 5 goals again in the 2nd half, fizzling out under the hot sun despite holding out 0-0 in the first half..
Lost 0-5 to better opposition on the day. We go again next week!

Every once in a while we get something that deserves a post on its own..
Usually its a goal that gets caught on video, but today it's arriving late for the game.. wahaha!
The gaffer still appreciates him though! Better late than never!

Played with barely enough this week as the school holidays meant that those with kids had plan for holidays..
Our resident photographer/videographer was no different, basking in the sun in Bintan rather than in Regent Sec..
We previously lost to Ventz FC 3-2 but came back guns blazing in this game..
Nigel realising he was 2nd in the goalscoring/assists charts decided he had to up his game, scoring 1 and assisting 3 as the topscorer chart competition intensifies..
Keevin put in a decent shift too, scoring 2 and assisting 1..
It was a game in which we completely dominated and everyone was having a good run out..
Next week's opponents will be tougher but i say, bring them on!

Update for the Eusoffianos
The Multi-Ministry Taskforce announced on 24 March 2020 the decision to enforce stricter measures that would limit gatherings outside of work and school to 10 persons or fewer, and ensure that physical distancing of at least one metre can be achieved in settings where interactions are non-transient. These measures will take effect from 26 March 2020, 2359 hours. These measures to be in place until 30 April 2020, but this may be extended if the situation does not improve.
In view of the above, the Eusoffianos Committee (which consists of only me), in consultation with I, Me and Myself, have decided to postpone all Goal Arena Social Division 2020 league matches until further notice. We understand that the fraternity is disappointed but we believe the postponement of our games is the socially responsible precautionary measure and is critical in slowing the transmission of the virus. The Eusoffianos fraternity will play our part in the fight against COVID-19.
We (which is just me) are making plans to continue the league within the next 4 to 6 weeks especially when we are table toppers at the moment. We will be monitoring the developments closely. We understand these measures are disruptive and require significant effort from all of us to adjust to them. However we must all do our part to protect ourselves, our family and friends, and the people around us.
