You can now be fully submerged underwater up to 5 meters before the race finishes! 😳World Aquatics changed their Swimming Rule 6.3 to allow athletes a greater distance within which they may resubmerge prior to a backstroke finish 👀 1 World Aquatics SW6.3 Once some part of the head of the swimmer has passed the 5 meter mark (long course and short course meters) or 5 yard mark (short course yards) immediately prior to reaching the finish, the swimmer may be completely submerged prior to the touch 💧Do you think we will see some faster finishes or do you think it just eliminates the potential to get DQ’d on a finish? 🔥#swimmer #swimmingpool #competitiveswimming #swimming

Our swimmers had lots of fun racing against fellow club swimmers under a competitive setting at our club's own fun carnival, with many of them achieving pbs! Good job to all swimmers!

Special thanks to the SNSC seniors who came down to teach the swimmers swimming techniques and skills!

Our swimmers Sophie, Colin & Zhi Wei attended the Madeira World Para Swimming Championships 2022. They all achieved their personal bests, with three 4th placings & one 2nd placing! Good job to all our swimmers!

Welcome back swimmers! , , , & .in_soon represented Singapore at IDM Berlin from 31 March to 3 April, winning 2 silvers and 1 gold for the team. Congratulations on your achievements! We are proud of your dedication & hard work!
