1. Energy Cleansing - visualise negative energy (you can visualise grey or black substances or energy) flows out of your head or bottom of your feet

2. Energy Charging - visualise white or golden light shine onto the top of your head, and into your body till your feet.

3. Energy Protection - visualise a white or gold light surrounding, covering your full body like you are in the light bubble.

For every step, when you do it, do with the corresponding intention (very important).
