Welcome to 2026!

As we turn the page to a new year, I’ve been taking a moment to reflect on the growth and lessons from the past twelve months. 2025 was a year of resilience and unexpected challenges, but it paved the way for the opportunities ahead.

I am entering this year with a renewed sense of purpose and a focus on business growth and strategic partnerships.

Here is to a year of breaking boundaries, learning new skills, and achieving new heights. Let’s make this one count.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥—𝐈𝐭'𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦

Everyone loves the idea of success: the title, the revenue, the recognition. But if you look at the top performers across any field, their secret obsession is never the finish line. It’s the daily system that gets them there.

Success isn't an event; it's the inevitable result of 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙣𝙤𝙣-𝙣𝙚𝙜𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙨.

If you want to shift from hoping for success to owning it, you have to obsess over these three 'non-negotiables':

1. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙊𝙗𝙨𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣
Don't just be busy; be precise. Before you start any high-value project, ruthlessly clarify the "Why" and the "What does done look like?"
Most failure is just wasted effort on the wrong target. Successful people spend 80% of their time defining the target, and 20% firing.
𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙑𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙢𝙚.

2. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙊𝙗𝙨𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮
The highest performers aren't the ones who work the longest hours. They're the ones who have the best recovery systems. This isn't just sleep; it's about disciplined breaks, intentional quiet time for deep work, and setting absolute boundaries. You can only sustain excellence if you treat your energy like your most valuable resource.
𝙎𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝘽𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙤𝙪𝙩.

3. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙊𝙗𝙨𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙁𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙨
When you get stuck, don't look for a new hack. Go back to the fundamental building blocks of your success.
What activity, if done perfectly today, creates the most leverage for tomorrow? Successful people continuously audit their time, stripping away low-leverage tasks until they are left only with the actions that produce true, compounding value.
𝙀𝙭𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣.

Stop chasing the goal.
Start obsessing over the daily process that makes the goal guaranteed.

This is what I do.

Coach the business owner(s), so that they make the right decisions for their growth, look at their plans, understand their issues & work on solutions to overcome them.

Along the way, make them ready to be funded, or acquired, and hopefully IPO.

Though this year they didn’t win the Best Halal Restaurant in Singapore, they were finalists in 4 categories.
