Teamwork makes the reps feel lighter! Our Buddy Workout with Shenevie & Elyana pairs upper and lower body moves for a balanced, fun and effective session.
Set One
A1: DB Flat Bench Press → Keep your feet flat, lower dumbbells slowly, and avoid locking elbows.
A2: DB Romanian Deadlifts → Maintain a neutral spine, hinge at the hips, and keep dumbbells close to your legs.
Set Two
B1: Bulgarian Split Squats → Keep front knee aligned with toes, chest upright, and balance steady.
B2: DB Bicep Curls → Don’t swing the weights; elbows stay tucked close to your body.
Set Three
C1: DB Lateral Raises → Lift to shoulder height only, with a slight bend in elbows.
C2: Smith Machine Back Squats → Keep core tight, squat to parallel, and drive through your heels.
Buddy Tips:
- Spot each other: A partner can help correct form and provide encouragement.
- Stay consistent: Stick to controlled reps for maximum benefit.
- Rest together: 60–90 seconds between sets keeps energy high without losing focus.
