Teamwork makes the reps feel lighter! Our Buddy Workout with Shenevie & Elyana pairs upper and lower body moves for a balanced, fun and effective session.

Set One
A1: DB Flat Bench Press → Keep your feet flat, lower dumbbells slowly, and avoid locking elbows.
A2: DB Romanian Deadlifts → Maintain a neutral spine, hinge at the hips, and keep dumbbells close to your legs.

Set Two
B1: Bulgarian Split Squats → Keep front knee aligned with toes, chest upright, and balance steady.
B2: DB Bicep Curls → Don’t swing the weights; elbows stay tucked close to your body.

Set Three
C1: DB Lateral Raises → Lift to shoulder height only, with a slight bend in elbows.
C2: Smith Machine Back Squats → Keep core tight, squat to parallel, and drive through your heels.

Buddy Tips:
- Spot each other: A partner can help correct form and provide encouragement.
- Stay consistent: Stick to controlled reps for maximum benefit.
- Rest together: 60–90 seconds between sets keeps energy high without losing focus.

Meet Omar 🔥

What started as wanting to look better and stay fit quickly became part of his lifestyle. Now, Omar’s focused on building more muscle mass and becoming stronger both physically and mentally.

Like every fitness journey, challenges are inevitable. For Omar, it’s battling that inner voice telling him to just lepak sometimes. But instead of overthinking it, he keeps it simple. Just show up and get the work done.
